Major completed projects include the $17M Esters Road Pavement & Utility overhaul, the $27M Conflans Road Expansion, the George Farrow Rec Center Expansion, West Branch Library Renovation, Beltline Water Improvement, districtwide sidewalk repairs, and the Hawk Pedestrian Crossing.

Active projects include the $38.4M Carbon Pump Station Reconstruction (completion Dec 2025), the $7.2M Animal Care Campus Expansion (mid 2025), the NW Park Pumphouse Replacement ($850K), and the Hux Court Drainage Improvement ($2.5M).

Planned investments include the $14M Esters Elevated Storage Tank (target mid 2027), $2.5M Drainage & Flood Improvements, Conflans/Mills Water & Wastewater upgrades, and the NW Park Trail Lighting, Playground, and Fitness Equipment project.
